How Our Pricing Works

• Lawn services are priced by square footage

• Travel is priced per mile

• Mulching is priced by the cubic yard
  
  

We use top-of-the-line satellite imaging and GPS mapping to measure and map each property. These maps are saved directly to your client profile.

This allows us to:

• Accurately measure your property

• Track completed mowing areas using GPS

• Provide precise estimates, especially for large commercial properties or properties with multiple parcels
  
  

When you receive an estimate, you will be able to view the mapped and outlined service areas so you can verify exactly what is included in your pricing.

Our prices reflect our actual costs and are reviewed anytime our methods or expenses change.
Pricing will not change mid-season, as long as all client rules, notes, and expectations listed in the client portal are followed.

Mailing & Security Notice

We use a third-party service to handle all outgoing mail.

If you would like to receive physical mailed copies of work performed on your property, you may request enrollment in our mailing system.

Important notes:

• All official mail will originate from Pennsylvania
  
  

• This is not a scam if you have requested mailed documents
  
  

• Never send payment by mail unless you first verify the request inside your client portal
  
  

If a mailed notice requests payment, always confirm it through your client portal or call us before sending any funds.
