Random or “on-call” mowing is not available.

We can help with small courtesy tasks (bringing in trash bins, mail, etc.), but we are not a remodeling company.
You are paying for:

Commercial equipment (one mower alone costs over $17,000)

Reliability
Our prices reflect the true cost of doing business professionally .
Residential accounts: Payment due within 30 days
Commercial accounts: Payment due within 60 days
We securely store cards through LawnPro for fast, automatic payments.
You always have the right to decline a quote.
Once you accept, you are responsible for payment unless the job is canceled before service.
Signing up for subscription benefits and canceling after your first mow to get a discount will result in being permanently blacklisted from all Greenery Lawn Care services.
Some clients provide:
House keys
Garage codes
Gate codes
We treat these with extreme care.
Keys/codes are:
Inventoried
Labeled privately
Stored in a locked office lockbox
Kept in a secure lockbox inside our trailer on service day
Never shared outside the team
If a gate is locked and we cannot access the yard, only the accessible areas will be serviced.
Loose pets will cause that section of the yard to be skipped.
Excessive waste may:
Slow service
Damage equipment
Create health risks
Result in additional charges or skipped visits
For safety, no mowing will occur if children are outside playing.

Hidden objects in grass
We are not responsible for damage caused by items hidden in tall grass.
You are hiring Greenery Lawn Care, not just one person.
Every employee is trained to follow the same high standards.
If a worker:
Misses details
Cuts corners
Acts disrespectfully
Performs poorly
Please report it immediately.
Feedback helps us train our crew and keep our standards high.
Every service includes:
A pre-service security check
A post-service quality inspection
This ensures safety and consistency every time.
We do not manage regular schedules through text message.
Only one-time cuts may be texted.

We are a professional company with insurance, payroll, commercial equipment, and responsibilities — not a hobby or side job.
We may subcontract certain jobs outside our standard service area.
All subcontractors must:
Carry their own liability insurance

Follow safety and communication rules
We only partner with subcontractors who uphold professional industry expectations.
Greenery Lawn Care offers advanced robotic mowing for consistent, quiet, efficient lawn maintenance.
Robotic mowers, chargers, and boundary wire remain property of Greenery Lawn Care
Clients may not move, modify, unplug, lift, relocate, or tamper with:

Clients agree to provide:
Access to an outdoor outlet
WiFi when required
These systems rely on constant connectivity.
Mowers may run during night hours or low-traffic times
Each mower has an Emergency STOP button
Clients understand the risks associated with new technology
Greenery Lawn Care may visit your property at any time to:
Adjust equipment
Repair mowers
Fix charging stations
Service boundary wires
Perform tests or recalibrations
All boundary wire is inventoried
If a wire breaks, you do not need to contact us

If a wire is damaged intentionally or through negligence:
→ The client is responsible for repair costs
